Rates range from $165/night to $599/night. Please ask about our "Special Rate Pricing".

The good news is that you can stay at Holly's Place for the price of a stay at other local hotels and get much more for your money! We offer peace and quiet, friendly service-oriented staff as well as other amenities to make your special stay perfect.

Taxes

Transient Occupancy Tax = 10% of the room rate

Our Cancellation Policy

As a small specialized place, we are confident you will understand our need for the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your reservation date. $25.00 charge.

Any Cancellations made with less than a 30 day notice will be charged $100 unless your reservation was for a Holiday. When booking Holidays you will be charged the Full Rate that you were charged upon booking your reservation. There are no refunds on ANY cancellations for Holidays. This includes bad weather conditions, "family emergencies" or any other last minute excuses. Thank you for understanding our strict policy on this.

No refunds for early check out.

$50.00 charge for rescheduling dates with less then 2 weeks notice.

No shows will forfeit their 50% deposit. (excludes all holidays and large groups).

Sorry, no refunds for Holidays for any reason (weather, sickness, etc.) if made less than 30 days prior to your reservation. Please read the following:

CANCELLATIONS: The applicable portion of the cancellation policy is dependent upon the time of the cancellation:

1.) If a reservation is canceled 30 days (45 days for Holiday periods) or more prior to your check-in date, the amount of your reservation, plus a cancellation fee of $50 will be made against your account.

2.) If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days but more than 14 days (less than 45 days but more than 30 for Holiday periods) prior to the stay, an amount equal to 1/2 the rent, plus a cancellation fee of $50 is made against your account unless the reservation (in the same unit) is rescheduled within 90 days or the unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period. If a rescheduled reser­vation is canceled at anytime, all funds are forfeited.

3.) If a reservation is canceled 14 days or less (30 days or less for Holiday periods) prior to the stay, all of the funds collected are forfeited unless the reservation (in the same unit) is rescheduled within 90 days or the unit is re­rented for the cancelled time period. If a rescheduled reservation is canceled at anytime, all funds are forfeited.

If the cancellation is due to announced road closures ONLY, NO cancellation charges will be applied if reservation is transferred to a future date within 90 days, and in the same rental unit. Only one date change is allowed under these cir­cumstances. If rental is paid and you do not show, or you stay less than reserved dates, services shall be considered ren­dered and no refund will be made.

Please inquire about our Mid-Week Specials from Jan 15 through May 31st. Three night minimum on holiday weekends & five night minimum from December 20 through Jan 2nd.
